We are looking for a Chinese lawyer with at least 3 years experience in a law firm (preferably with a focus on foreign investment or M&As) to assist with legal work i.e. the drafting, review, and translation of various contracts; research on updated laws and regulations. Requirements include PRC qualified attorney with a bachelors or masters degree in law; an outstanding candidate with a legal professional qualification certificate is considerable; excellent English both oral and written.
