Mr Mike FEATHERSTONE has over eight years international business and corporate consulting experience, particularly in the Asia region. Drawing on a background of over twenty years experience in corporate, business and tax consulting, he brings considerable technical experience.

Mr FEATHERSTONE heads up William Buck Perth's China consulting team and is a senior consultant within the GNS international organisation. His first assignment in China for William Buck was in 1996. Since that time Mr FEATHERSTONE has travelled regularly to the China market on client assignments and assisting in the development of our business in China.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Mr FEATHERSTONE travels to China on a regular scheduled basis for GNS China and on an unscheduled basis for client assignments as when and where required.

Mr FEATHERSTONE has a particular interest in the corporate matters related to China including overseas listings of Chinese companies, China market entry and structuring, and the opening up of China's securities markets.

Mr FEATHERSTONE is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
